Investigation And Research On The Education Of Lei Drama Class In Leizhou Vocational-Technical School

Lei Drama program,as the primary study object in the thesis,is only provided by Leizhou Vocational-Technical School in Leizhou.In order to deeply discuss and reveal the comprehensive situation of Lei Drama program,the thesis uses various methods,which include making field research,doing surveys,and observing.In addition,the thesis is supported by applying pedagogy,anthropology,management,psychology as theoretical basis.The thesis includes four main parts: identify issues,survey and investigation,system research,pattern analysis.All parts and paragraphs are supplementary to each other.The introduction,as the first part of the thesis,will identify issues,explain the reasons of the research,introduce the significance and the current status of the research,also illustrate literature review and research methods.The second part,survey and investigation corresponds the chapter 1.This part focus on investigating and presenting the external situation of Lei Drama.The situation of external education can be acquainted by directly observing,listening and information collecting.It also related to the founding background,current situation of Lei Drama class and the future growth potential of Lei Drama.The third part,system research corresponds the chapter 2.By analyzing and researching Lei Drama class management and operation system,this part concludes how would the internal factors impact the class of Lei Drama.The last part,pattern analysis corresponds the chapter 3.Using the SWOT model,this part classifies and analyzes the current situation of Lei Drama education in Leizhou Vocational-Technical School.As a conclusion,there would have four development strategies of Lei Drama education in Leizhou Vocational-Technical School.
