In recent years,with increasing influence of national strategy “The Belt and Road”,national bound between China and Russia has become much more tight,bilateral contacts nowadays become more increasingly inseparable in the fields of culture,education,etc.As an important hub of the China-Russia-Mongolia economic corridor in the framework of national strategy “The Belt and Road ”and the key intersection of new Eurasian Continental Bridge,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has emerged an unprecedented new phenomenon: The sum of overseas students from Russia,whose aim is studying Chinese,is hugely increasing.The Chinese language teaching among Russian students in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities has achieved unprecedented achievements in the speed,scale and level.However,there are still many flaws,which affects the effectiveness in the process of international Chinese teaching in Inner Mongolia,such as the difficulties between teachers and overseas students communicating in Russian,lack of effective cultural counseling,lack of diversity in teaching methods,etc.Therefore,it maintains great practical significance to discuss the problems of Chinese language teaching for Russian students in colleges and universities to improve the quality of education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Previously,we expounded the origin and significance of research in this paper,then combed and reviewed the current research situation at home and abroad,introduced the main research methods and ideas used in this research,and defined the related concepts.Based on the content of "Introduction to Teaching Chinese as a Second Language","Syllabus for International Chinese Teaching" and " Standards of International Chinese Teacher ",then evaluation criteria of Chinese teaching for overseas students from Russia were elaborated.Additionally,based on evaluation criteria above,the questionnaire about Chinese teaching among Russian students(Chinese and Russian Edition)and equipment observation tables had been compiled,then 7different colleges and universities were investigated in Hohhot and Hulunbeier in Inner Mongolia.After analyzing the data,we found the matters as following :the language communicating difficulties in Russian between teachers and Russian students;the lack of suitable activities for second language acquisition;the lack of effective cultural adaptation counseling;singularity in teaching methods;the lack of innovative evaluation feedback mechanism;poorness in teaching aids,hardware,voice equipment;lack of the student-oriented textbooks and guidance notes.After combining the teaching practice in Inner Mongolia,we analyze the relevant reasons for current problems: the negative affect of interlanguage based on the unfamiliarness among International Chinese teachers with Russian and its' grammar;lack of flexible and mature application of "second language acquisition" theory;lack of understanding with Russian students and their culture,etc.Finally,based on the problems and the reasons above,the following countermeasures had been raised:raising the attention on Chinese teachers' language diversity and promote the formation of interlanguage;combining the Russian learners' second language acquisition paradigm to relieve language acquisition contradiction;raising attention to the guidance of cultural adaptation and creating cultural guidance mechanism;enriching teaching organization forms and flexibility;updating language facilities to optimize teaching facilities and supporting teaching aids;increasing the types of textbooks and handouts in line with regional characteristics;absorbing the modules and characteristics of language teaching in other countries;introducing market management mechanism and human resource management into daily governance,etc.With the investigation and analysis upon current Chinese-teaching situation among Russian students in colleges and universities in InnerMongolia,we attempted to explore and form an effective Chinese-teaching model for foreign students.And we sincerely wished providing useful reference for Chinese teaching among overseas students,then improving the quality of Chinese teaching for universities and colleges.
