The Construction Of Collective Building & Sharing Mechanism For Urban And Rural Culture In Xiamen City

The collective building and sharing culture from both urban and rural regions is one of the important ways to build a well-off society.For almost 40 years China has continued to maintain the reform and opening-up policy which turns out to be a great success in the economy among the most areas of China.With the rapid development of urban and rural economy,the vast majority of people have relatively abundant material wealth and spiritual wealth.However,the phenomenon of “cultural poverty in economic prosperity” still exists,the interaction between urban and rural culture is relatively simple.People receive various culture from cities however the rural is just obedient to the city culture.This phenomenon is contrary to the strategic requirements of the five development concepts.If we do not reverse this undesirable pattern in time,it will bring great harm to the solid progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To building a strong socialist cultural in china,we should not only develop the city culture,but make the city culture and rural culture interact and promote each other.Five concepts for development requires to speed up a collective building and sharing culture mechanism combining the urban and rural areas and realize a well-off society with a population of more than one billion people.Through the field research and literature review,we found that the collective building and sharing mechanism of Xiamen urban and rural cultural has made some achievements,but also faces a series of problems.The author believes that to get rid of these difficulties and problems should build a urban and rural cultural products multi supply mechanism,a urban and rural cultural education science and long-term mechanism,a urban and rural cultural industry coordinated development mechanism,a urban and rural rational allocation mechanism and an achievement-sharing mechanism.
