Research On The Operating Condition And Development Of Sports Dance Training Institutions In Nanchang

Sports dance is an international popular social dance,it is to communicate different countries,different national feelings of a world "body language",but also any language can not replace the art.Since the introduction of the eighties in the 20 th century,China's development in China can be described as ever-changing,sports dance training institutions throughout the country have gradually carried out,Nanchang as the capital of Jiangxi Province,naturally no exception.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other methods to study the current situation and development of sports dance training institutions in Nanchang,and draw the following conclusions:1,the development of the status quo: Nanchang sports dance training institutions have more than 120,the survey of 20 training institutions are registered in the Administration for Industry and Commerce;small training institutions(the size of the number of people in the 101 to 300 But only eight training institutions have their own teaching plan outline and lesson plans;dance teachers generally higher education,college and undergraduate institutions,the largest number of basic site facilities More complete,all the training institutions are not installed multimedia equipment.2,the existence of the problem: the local government departments concerned about the training and support of sports dance training,lack of management philosophy is not advanced;operating status is not ideal,the core competitiveness is not strong;young teachers lead to their lack of rich work experience;The situation is generally inadequate;hardware facilities upgrade is not enough,the use of multimedia teaching technology is not;most training institutions school location is more partial,is not conducive to business development.3,the proposed: standardize the industry management,sports dance training institutions to monitor and give some policy support,while improving the internal management mechanism of training institutions to enhance the management philosophy;to strengthen enrollment,change thinking,innovation enrollment;hardware and software upgrades,the introduction Multimedia teaching technology,and continuously improve the level of teachers;careful site selection,give priority to the future training institutions in the business and development issues.
