Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Sports Dance Training Institutions In Hebei Province

Since entering the new era,the country has advocated vigorously developing sports undertakings.As an important part of the sports industry,sports dance has developed vigorously under the multiple background of favorable policies and increasing demand.As an emerging dance sport integrating sports and art,sports dance not only has the artistic,technical and appreciation of dance,but also has the functions of competitive,entertainment and physical fitness in sports.Under the background of advocating national fitness,sports dance has become a high-quality project popular with the public,and plays an important role in promoting the development of sports and carrying forward excellent culture.Based on this,this paper studies the sports dance training institutions in Hebei Province through the literature data method,questionnaire method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,and draws the following conclusions:（1）Dance Sport training institutions in Hebei province are mostly small training institutions;rules and regulations;some training institutions have teaching plans and teaching plans;dance teachers with college and undergraduate degree;basic facilities are complete,mostly with multimedia equipment.（2）The main problems of sports dance training institutions in Hebei Province are the weak teaching staff,the small size,the uneven development of various dance institutions,the imperfect management system;the lack of students;the poor supervision of government departments,which are not conducive to the development of business and affect the core competitiveness of the local sports dance market.（3）It is suggested that sports dance training institutions in Hebei province pay attention to diversified development strategies,strengthen the comprehensive development of teachers,improve the comprehensive quality,increase investment,expand the scale of training institutions,promote the balanced development of each dance,optimize the operation management,improve the enrollment system,strengthen government supervision,and form multi-linkage.This study aims to bring scientific decision-making for sports dance training institutions in Hebei Province,establish competitive advantages in the increasingly competitive similar market,and realize healthy and sustainable development.
