Research On Film Crowdfunding Financing Mode And Its Development Strategy

In 2013,"One Hundred Thousand Bad Jokes" launched crowd funding in"Demo Hour",after becoming the first domestic released film ever using crowd funding.Crowd funding gradually becomes a popular method in film investment and financing.2015 summer movie "Monkey King:Hero is Back" has a box office so high that crowd funding attracts all the attention.Crowd funding is quite different from the traditional financing model,and the impact of crowd funding financing on the film industry is becoming increasingly apparent.This paper puts forward a concrete and constructive development strategy for the financing of the film through the theoretical research of the financing mode and the development of the filming and the experience of other industries.The paper is also to promote the sustainable development of film financing,and promote the improvement of China's film industry financing channels.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter,"Sharing Economy and Crowdfunding",explained the concept and meaning of sharing economy and its impact on the collective economy.The second chapter 'The Status of the development of film crowdfunding," analyzes crowdfunding and the development of the film crowdfunding.The third chapter,"the financing mode of the film,"analyzes the main financing modes and the advantages over traditional film financing mode.The fourth chapter,"the limitations and risks of film crowdfunding," combined with the actual case analysis of the limitations and risks in the operation and development of the film industry in terms of financing scale,platform development and the overall operation of the industry.Main risks are illegal financing Risk,intellectual property risk,morality and credit risk.The fifth chapter,"the research of the development strategy of film crowdfunding",puts forward the development strategy for the film equity crowdfunding,the differentiated development of the film industry and the crowdfunding platform operations.All the legislation is to strengthen the government supervision and industry self-discipline,improve the protection mechanism for investors and improve the construction of credit system and other aspects to promote the development of film crowdfunding.
