With the rise and development of cultural economy,the sound and perfect of national financial investment policies and regulations and the establishment and standardization of the domestic financing market order,based on crowdfunding's rise,development and mature reference,the fusion "Internet + financial + movie" obtained the rapid development since 2014 years.However,for such a primary stage of the emerging industries,like any one of the new things the existing will inevitably have their own reason,the development will have their own power and the growth will inevitably have its guidance process,the film and television crowdfunding will practice the discussion about its existence value,its development model,and how to reform its development route and regulate the process.The thesis based on the domestic and foreign research literature,analyzes the film and television crowdfunding's value for the project launcher,investors and cultural production.In accordance with the investment return mode classified as donations,goods,equity,debt and the operations and usufruct right,combined with several domestic the film and television crowdfunding application,to raise the facing problems and the development direction in the future.The main research and achievements of this thesis are summarized as follows:1)Summarize the main academic point about the film and television crowdfunding through the research of domestic and foreign scholars;Expounds the academic concept of,and point out that the birth of it is to culture and art,inherit the inherent properties of the Internet financing investment.2)Analyze the rise background from the maturity of the Internet technology,the improvement of investment environment,the demand of film and television market financing;Introduce the value of the research on the development of the film and television crowdfunding.3)Study detailed comparison of the donations crowdfunding,goods crowdfunding,equity crowdfunding,Lending-based and royalty-based crowdfunding.Separately from the concept,features,typical model case,and domestic and foreign regulations and other aspects.And provide a positive reference for other film and television crowdfunding projects through the domestic application examples.4)Summarize all the current situation,challenges and strategies about the domestic,as well as the future development prospect.The crowdfunding is still a new phenomenon,new issues,this thesis centers on film and television,from a new perspective to discuss the Chinese culture industry financing.As the congregation raised or just the rise of the stage,the relevant data and literature is less,so this thesis is exploratory and a try.The research value of this thesis is to explore the practice model of the domestic and international film and television crowdfunding,to analyze the advantages and limitations,on the one hand to raise the theory research and development for it's development,on the other hand to provide reference for the future development.
