On Marx's View Of Justice

In the history of human thought,the thought and the pursuit of justice is one of the longest themes,what is justice? Different periods have different answers to justice.On the road of pursuing justice,we have developed the idea of justice based on naturalism,reason and liberalism.The development of the idea of justice has played an indelible role in the development of human thought.However,the idea of justice is always influenced by the political,economic,cultural and other aspects,and has its own limitations.Marx is keen to find the limitations of the natural law school of thought from the view of justice,rational contract people's emotional needs and people's understanding of the natural law school justice thought critically inheriting the start,and lay a solid foundation for the formation of Marx's concept of justice.This paper focuses on Marx's view of justice.His justice is from the point of view of human nature,people think the inner nature of reality will constitute a certain form of society,as a result,a social form is consistent with the essential requirements,will be judged whether a social form of justice according to the root of human nature,or will become the highest measure of social justice the.From this point of view,Marx believes that only the Communist society really meets the requirements of human nature,is the real justice of society.Starting from the understanding of the nature of human beings,Marx is not an abstract person,but a real person,the sum of all social relations.The understanding of human nature plays an important role in Marx's idea of justice.People's free and conscious activities are the essential characteristics of human beings.In order to meet their own needs,people must be engaged in material production.Material production is always under certain social relations.Under the capitalist private ownership of labor,the free development of workers,the workers' labor is not to highlight the nature of the recognized,not sure of their own,but to deny their own.It is recognized that the fruits of labor are not owned by the workers,but by the capitalists.Marx realized this problem,only the elimination of exploitation,elimination of private ownership of the Communist society,people can really enjoy the fruits of labor,to free and conscious labor,the essence of human can be reflected,in order to achieve the ultimate goal--the concept of justice in Marx's thought of free and comprehensive development.In view of rawls justice in contemporary widespread impact,when we are talking about Marx's justice,cannot ignore rawls' s justice.By Marx's concept of justice and rawls' s justice,we think,on the one hand,the latter as a measure social value and the ultimate goal there are still some limitations,on the other hand,it for the justice of marxism sinicization and have certain reference significance.
