A Study On Mongolian House And Khuh Tug Company In "Manchukuo" Period

After the establishment of "Manchukuo",in order to strengthen its rule,some incentive measures had been taken by the government to the cultures and educations of eastern Mongolia(generalize for eastern part of Mongolia in this paper),which really made a situation that variety of Mongolian cultural organizations had grown up in that period.As a Mongolian cultural organization of "Manchukuo" period,what Mongolian House(Moko-kaikan)and Khuh-Tug Company(seikisya)have done at that time made a certain influence on Mongolian society.So making a study on Mongolian House(Moko-kaikan)and Khuh-Tug Company(seikisya)have an important value and practical significance on the Mongolian cultural organizations between "Manchukuo" period.On the base of the previous study,the author further explored the relative historical materials of "Manchukuo" period in this paper,then attempts attempting to demonstrate the details of historical facts.Furthermore,through the study of the inheritance relationship and the differences between Mongolian House(Moko-kaikan)and Khuh-Tug Company(seikisya),and then demonstrate the change of the cultural policy in "Manchukuo" period.This thesis consists of three parts,namely introduction,text and conclusion.In the introduction,it briefly introduces the studying significance,previous researches,introduction of main historical materials,researching methods,important and difficult points.The text is divided into four parts,the first part summarizes the historical background,which includes the establishment of "Manchukuo" and the policy of Mongolia.The second part expatiates the organization structure,staff members,career workings and the influence of Mongolian House.The third part describes specifically about the creation of Khuh-Tug Company(seikisya),officers and workers,to the cause and its influence.In the forth part,is to confirm the hesitance relationship between Mongolian House and Khuh-Tug Company,and then compare organization structure,the property,the career of those two institutions.In the conclusion part,the author analyzes the similarities and the differences of two organizations,and demonstrates change of the Japanese colonial rulers to the Mongolian cultural policy in"Manchukuo" period.
