Research On Chinese Information Ethics In The Big Data

With the rapid development of network technology and its extensive application,the Internet constantly changes people’s daily life,people can quickly access the world through the Internet information,geographical distance,interpersonal distance are greatly reduced,the whole world to become a veritable global village.But with the rapid development of network technology,the ethical problems caused by data explosion are becoming more and more prominent.With the development of large data era,the occurrence of network characteristic problems and events brings new ethical and ethical challenges to human society.Both plaguing the real world of people,but also a test of the rules of the virtual world.These new types of ethical problems are closely related to everyone in real life.How to rectify some vicious incidents and how to make the network society develop healthily is a problem we should study and solve.From the point of view of logic analysis,this paper takes the specific problems of network information ethics in the era of large data as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the problems of information and ethical in the era of large data,and analyzes the problems of information ethics,Conflict,a large number of news reports as a factual basis for large-scale information age ethical issues in-depth analysis in order to find a solution strategy.According to the analysis of a large number of cases,this paper holds that the information ethics problems in the era of large data are mainly manifested in the following aspects:information fabricating and flooding,human flesh search and network violence,large data distribution of information inequality and property rights,digital divide and language hegemony.The author thinks that the causes of these problems include: the birth defects of large data and virtual personality disorder,the dislocation of the system,the high cost of moral anomie in the information age.In order to deal with the problem of information ethics in the era of large data,the construction of a new era of information ethics and ethics system,in response to the existing large-scale data on the basis of ethical issues.The following countermeasures and suggestions: First,the publicity and education aspects of the building.Strengthen the school moral education,enhance safety awareness,improve self-protection ability,advocate industry self-discipline to establish a common platform for supervision,promote open andtransparent network environment.Second,the legal aspects of construction.Perfect the legislation on the network behavior,according to the law to investigate the responsibility of illegal personnel,establish a sound accountability mechanism,technical aspects of the building.Third,the technical aspects of the building,professionals to improve the technical level,the development of new security technologies.Ordinary people to improve the technical level,learn to use the commonly used network security tools.
