Research On Ethical Problems Of Personal Information Protection In Big Data Era

Humans have entered the era of big data.With the rapid development of computer technology,cloud storage technology and the cross-use of Internet technology,big data promote the transformation of the times with the an amazing force,huge value behind the massive data is gradually excavated.By permeating business,medical,education,economic,human and other aspects,it changes the way people think and behave profoundly.The arrival of big data age brings unparalleled convenience to people's social life,but the cost of convenience is that people need to release a lot of information about personal privacy secrets.Human beings continue to produce and store more and more information,coupled with the rapid development of information technology and network technology,quantitative change caused to qualitative change,the accumulation of massive information eventually led to changes in the form of information,so the arrival of big data also led to a series of ethical issues.This paper based on the ethical issues of personal information protection in the era of big data,focuses on the generation and manifestation of ethical issues in the protection of personal information security in the era of big data,the root causes and countermeasures.The full paper consists of five parts:The first part starts from the background of the big data age,summarizes the philosophical thinking and research status of the big data technology at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and the research methods adopted in this paper.The second part starts with the definition of big data,discusses the connotation and characteristics of big data,and emphasizes the technical tools and application processing procedures of big data.The third part focuses on the generation and manifestation of ethical issues in the protection of personal information in the era of big data.It mainly expounds the emergence and evolution of ethical issues in the protection of personal information in the era of big data,analyzes the hazards and lists the outstanding problems of the ethics in personal information protection.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the causes of the ethical problems of personal information protection in the application of big data,including the reasons for the decay of individual moral values and the reasons why the whole social morality lags behind the development of big data technology,and the lack of national public power supervision of the composition.In the fifth part,according to the introduction and elaboration of the previous part,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the ethical problems of personal information protection in the era of big data.It is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the moral construction of the main data,enhance the technical means of protecting the ethics of personal information protection and raise the awareness of self-protection,upgrade the encryption technology of personal information.
