The purpose of this thesis is to verify the feasibility and availability of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language without mediate language at the initial stage.The main content of this thesis is based on the teaching methods and theories in order to develop a teaching design of non-intermediate language.lt will be used in class experiments to get feedback.This thesis defines the meaning of medium language and non-intermediate language in this article.The type of medium language of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language does not involve the non-verbal means in this thesis,and it is limited to the meaning of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to teach Chinese with Chinese.Then I summed up the theories of the research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language without mediate language and some related methods.And I did teaching in the Confucius Institute at Angeles University Foundation in Philippines from May 2016 to March 2017,so I took the opportunity to learn the situation of using media language in teaching Chinese as a second language in the Confucius Institute at Angeles University Foundation in Philippines by the ways of questionnaires that are about two Chinese teachers.It summarizes the feasibility and availability of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language without mediate language by the contrast analysis.The last but most important I put forward a Chinese teaching design of non-intermediate language is suitable to the initial stage,I selected the article of "we will meet at the gate of the canteen" as the example,the thirteenth lesson of"Road to Success·Lower Elementary".Then I carried out a teaching experiment in two classes that are at the initial stage after the design was completed.And I gave the students a test in which the average score is over 75.1 learned that the class was successful and students have masted the content of this design.Meanwhile,I believe it is possible and available to teach Chinese to foreigners of initial stage without mediate language.
