Chinese as a window made the world understand China, attracting more and more foreign friends understanding of Chinese culture and learning Chinese. The process of globalization and the rise of China provide a good opportunity for the spread of Chinese and Chinese culture. And as the main means of Chinese learning(teaching behavior) research has become more and more people's attention.This paper mainly discusses the teaching design of Chinese integrated curriculum in the intermediate stage. First of all, the special nature of the intermediate stage, the intermediate stage has been basically out of the focus of literacy teaching stage, but continue to deepen the study of vocabulary, phrases and sentences. Secondly, comprehensive course of comprehensive and basic requirements of learning not only learn the language knowledge, but also need to study, use and command of Chinese language skills, this paper uses hierarchical analysis, factor analysis, statistical analysis and other methods, combined with linguistics, language acquisition with Cognition, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign and language theory language teaching theory, from the teaching practice of analysis of intermediate Chinese comprehensive course teaching design activities.The paper around instructional design activities are divided into five parts, including introduction, conclusion and Main discussion Main part is divided into three chapters: The first chapter systematically analyzes the basic theory of design of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, to study through theory. it aims to provide the theoretical basis for the study of the theory of teaching design activities, so that evidence-based. The second chapter is the design of classroom teaching design, the teaching goal, teaching process, and teaching methods and so on. The third chapter is specific teaching practices. Combined with Intermediate Chinese Comprehensive Textbook "New Practical Chinese Reader 5" fifty-fourth lesson "Let me obsessed Beijing" design specific lesson plans. At the intermediate stage, the study of Chinese comprehensive course is a supplement to the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and to a certain extent, it reflects the development of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.
