Through the design of the context in the teaching method in TCSL, which can enhance the learners' impression of vocabulary, so that the vocabulary and the expressions students learn in the classroom can unified the communication activities after class. And to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve learning interest and learning efficiency, but how to design the effective context is a question. This paper analyzes the learning needs of the learners of the primary short-term non-degree education, and proposed how to setting context effectively to this kind of group, to meet the learning needs of the group and achieve the teaching goals better.The first chapter declares the significance of the context at the primary stage of oral teaching.Conclude and introduces the ways to design the context according to the primary stage of the purposes in TCSL. The second chapter through the survey of the learners of the elementary short-term non-degree education, analysis their learning needs and proposed some principles to design the context and put into actual teaching. The third chapter is the practice and feedback, after a period of teaching of this way, according to the survey of the class to analysis the result of put the principles mentioned in previous chapter into practice. The last Chapter through the reflection by the teacher and the results of analysis, aimed to the main problem, proposed improvements and enhancements of the principles of the context design for reference. Also put forward some proposals in the hope of get better result and effect by context design, and make the students' oral Chinese could get the maximum increase.
