Today's economic,cultural and scientific levels have reached unprecedented levels and heights.More and more people begin to pay attention to the needs of spiritual civilization,people are no longer satisfied with business purpose as the core function of commercial advertising,public service ads development arises at the historic moment.Public service ads for the public interests,promote the civilized audience to follow the correct world outlook,the values and outlook on life,for the purpose of different from commercial advertising,to sell goods or services of a kind of advertising.It has a definite effect,social and promoting enlightenment,which is based on society and serves the society.Although the variety of public class television ads,but does not represent all of the existing public television advertising is beautiful,the public class television ads for what the United States,where is the beauty,the beauty of it and how to construct the formation,is to identify the elements of good public television advertisement.There is no mature conclusion about the aesthetic construction of public service television advertising.This article from the perspective of aesthetic construct,resistant to Hegel's "aesthetics",Germany "aesthetics and art theory" aesthetic theory for reference,such as CCTV public class at 2010-2010 TV AD an example to analyze,in this perspective,the aesthetic construction of public television advertising,including the subject construction of beauty,the creative construction of the construction and expression of beauty beauty,the aesthetic construction of public television advertising is the unity of the content and form,interaction,inseparable.But the lack of public television advertising in China are also nots allow to ignore,the theme of a single,false emotion rendering and technical means of abuse have produced some negative effects,so we according to the lack of thinking out countermeasures,and on the theme,thoughts and means to change and improve,in order to based on the analysis of the content,find the problems of deep analysis of the aesthetic construction of public television advertising,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,excavated the public class television advertising aestheticconstruction in a wide area.
