Study On Daily Management And Finance Problems Of The Tianjin Parks (1927-1949)

The park,has been in the life of people and the necessities of city.But actually,as an area for people to relax,the park is an imported goods,and the product of the western modern Chinese learning.At first,the park was built in Settlement.After a short while,the Chinese Government and the Chinese who were rich began to built parks to entertain people and earn money.Park in major cities such as Beijing,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Chengdu,Qingdao,etc,parks of Tianjin constantly brought to life a new flavor,and became a new civilization,urban agglomeration in the implementation of new fashion.Based on the period of the Republic of China,take Tianjin parks as the research object,this paper introduces the development of Tianjin main parks.Capture the First Park of Tianjin the Second and the Third Park,by collecting and organizing the data of Tianjin City Archives,This paper detailed analysis and study of the history of the three parks' management operating and financial revenues and expenditures of each period.The author aims to enrich the academic world to the modern park research,and to explore the underlying administrators to park in a historical period of unrest and the great contribution they made.During the period of the Republic of China,parks were damaged by the Japanese troops in the war.Parks experienced different management of the governments,but always had been ignored.Fortunately,these parks were protected by their administrators.The administrators of Tianjin parks made their own contribution.
