The thesis to the exploratory research of Aile band of Tianjin as the subject,use of marketing,music and dance science, management science, planning principles, use the method that from abstraction to concretion,analysis of inductive method, combining theory with practice, field work method. A in-depth analysis of Tianjin Aile band from four dimensions which are group management,sales management, fund and human resource management,bottleneck and countermeasure. The management features of this band are with classical to reveal strength, aim at listeners “ three characters integration”, multiple series of chain reaction, celebrities join to attract fans, flash performances increase effect.Marketing strategy : build brand, expanding influence, steady development.Marketing tactics : three declaring,two promotion. Fund management : double support, keep balance. Human resource management : three department and two systems with professional and amateur. The bottleneck of this band are lack of performance innovation, product and price position are not accurate,distribute channels and sales promotion means are single. The countermeasures are multi-level low fare piece position,product strategy to expand the classical music audience,flexible sales promotion strategy of multi channels and multi level,performance strategy of series cross-border,four step steady development of brand strategy, the marketing strategy of expand the audience group, flash effects, high-tech rendering.
