Research On Value Assessment Of The Traditional Handicraft Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Since the 18th Party Congress of the CPC,China has continuously deepened the reform of the cultural system,and vigorously promote the development of public cultural services.The intangible cultural heritage,as the representative of Chinese excellent traditional culture,has been paid more and more attention by the people of the country and the society.In 2014,the state promulgated policies to encourage private capital and social capital to invest in cultural domain.This policy provides support for social capital and private capital to invest in intangible cultural heritage.But in the introduction of private capital and social capital,there is not a suitable assessment method to assess the value of ICH.Through the past literature review found that although the current domestic scholars have done a lot of research on the intangible cultural heritage,but the study of the value of the assessment method is very little.The research on the value evaluation of the intangible cultural heritage of foreign scholars is more mature,and puts forward the feasible value evaluation method.In view of this,this paper,referring to domestic and foreign literature,explores the specific category of ICH.In this paper,the value of intangible cultural heritage is divided into two categories,the use value and nonuse value.Then for two value types,different evaluation methods were proposed:the use value through the comparison of existing assessment methods analysis decided to use the market comparison method to assess;for nonuse value in view of the fact that the domestic research is currently no suitable assessment method.Therefore,the improved CVM method is used to evaluate the nonuse value.At last the two assessment methods are applied to evaluate the value of niejiazhuang clay sculpture,to verify the feasibility of these two methods.The inadequacy of the paper is that although this paper proposed a set of complete intangible cultural heritage value assessment methods,but only for traditional handicraft?And in practice according to the heritage characteristics of different need to ma:ke the improvement of the method.
