A Study On The Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital Of Graduate Students

Entrepreneurial psychological capital belongs to a specific research field of psychological capital,refers to the positive psychological state in the process of entrepreneurial growth and development.The purpose of this study is to construct a model of entrepreneurial psychological capital,establish the measurement tool of graduate`s entrepreneurial psychological capital,and discuss it`s current situation,characteristics and related factors.Enrich the theoretical study of entrepreneurship from the perspective of psychology,expand the cross cultural research and application scope of entrepreneurial psychological capital.First of all,on the basis of review of domestic and foreign research on psychological capital and entrepreneurship,this paper put forward the theoretical conception of Graduate Entrepreneurship psychological capital.Secondly,using the methods of interview,open questionnaire survey and expert consultation,the author made a preliminary questionnaire on the entrepreneurial psychological capital.Thirdly,through the project analysis and factor analysis,the rationality of the structure and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified.Since then,investigate the current situation and characteristics of graduate student entrepreneurial psychological capital,and the influence of economic self ability,self-esteem and achievement motivation on entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention to explore the occupation of.Finally,the relationship between transactional psychological capital and risk preference was explored by experiment.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The entrepreneurial psychological capital includes transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital.Transactional psychological capital includes two dimensions: tenacity and self-confidence,optimism and self-confidence,interpersonal psychological capital includes good communication and sincere dedication.(2)The graduate entrepreneurship psychological capital scale had high reliability and validity,which is in accordance with the psychometric standards.transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital(3)Graduate student transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital were in the middle level,four factor scores from high to low was sincere dedication,tenacity,optimism and enterprising and be good at communication.There were significant differences in gender,grade and cadre's experience in the transactional psychological capital of graduate students,and there was no significant difference in the household registration and professional.There were significant differences in grades and cadres in interpersonal psychological capital of graduate students,but no significant difference in gender,household registration,professional.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between graduate students' economic self ability and self-esteem and transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital.Self esteem played a partial mediating role between economic self ability and transactional psychological capital,and self-esteem also played a partial mediating role in economic self competence and interpersonal psychological capital.(5)There was a significant positive correlation between graduate achievement motivation and career exploration and transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital.Transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital played a mediating role between achievement motivation and career exploration.(6)There was a significant positive correlation between transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital and its factors.Among them,transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital had a significant positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(7)The transactional psychological capital affects the risk preference index,and the higher the transactional psychological capital was,the higher the risk preference index is.
