Fairness is related to every aspect of our lives, which is the basic rule of human social life and which is the necessary behavioral norms to maintain cooperation.Because the essence of fair behavior is to weigh the personal interests and others, experimental economists and psychologists often use game theory paradigm to study fairness, including the ultimatum game, which is one of the effective tools of measuring fairness preferences. Many studies found that people tended to refuse the free "windfall" based on a fair consideration. So,from the angle of theory and empirical, the predecessors deeply studied the occurrence and development of fair behavior and explored the influence factors of fairness. This paper explores the adult decision-making motives through the ultimatum game.Traditional economics thinks that human will maximize its own interests in decision-making.However,in the actual decision-making,the human will give nearly half of the income each other,so the real decision-making motive is Maximize the benefits or other social incentives, such as fair preferences, etc.,We set up different experimental situations to separate decision-making motives and explore children's decision-making motives.Experiment 1 We will separate the adult decision-making motivations by setting up the three processing situations of the ultimatum game UG.We will set the situation by the fair treatment situation, the baseline processing situation and the strategy situation to explore the decision-making motivation, the experiment two explores its development law of decision-making motivation through the study of children of different ages, the expeririment three explores the development of its unfair disgusting characteristics through different age children responders for the rejection of different distribution programs. The results showed that:(1)the distribution of adults in the baseline treatment situation is higher than the fair treatment;the allocation of the strategy processing situation is higher than the baseline treatment;(2)There was no difference in the quota of the children of different age children in the ultimatum game;(3)The responders of each age child 7 years old,8 years old and 10 years old children receiving rate was significantly higher than 9 years old and 11 years old children;in the "you 2 he 8" program,11-year-old children The acceptance rate was significantly lower than that of the 7-year-old and 10-year-old children;in the "you 3 he 7"program,the 9-year-old acceptance rate in the program was significantly lower than that of the 8-and 10-year-old children;"you 4 he 6"program on 9-year-old children was significantly lower than the 10-year-old child's acceptance rate. The results show that(1)human decision-making is the result of rational self-interest and fair altruism.(2)Children in the primary school stage follow a fair distribution motive.(3)Primary school students developed a fair preference, the unfairness of the advantages and unfairness of the performance of a stable rejection rate, the formation of unfair disgust.(4)9-year-old children show a difference in different distribution programs with other age groups of children, indicating that 9 years old may be a turning point.
