Illustration On Reader-Friendliness Strategy In Translating

In this paper,the author has taken the translation of a series of reportings about Brexit on the Guardian as a case,to initially analyze how a translator can achieve the friendliness for readers.According to the specific characteristics of the source text,the author made preparations before translation,tried to achieve the friendliness for readers during the translation,and summarized how to achieve that goal after the translation as follows: by unifying the translation version for the same things,translating the names of countries or organizations which some cities have represented,adding the name,position and nationality of an important figure,adding notes to cultural-load words in the text.
