Since the "friendliness" has been firstly subsumed into "Implement Compendium of Citizen Moral Construction " in our country in2001, the eighteenth congress of the communist party report clearly pointed out that:"promote prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, advocate patriotism, dedication, honesty, friendliness, and actively cultivate the core values of socialism" in2012. Then they become the new summary of socialist core values. The general office of the CPC Central Committee issued the "on Cultivating and Practicing The Opinions of Socialist Core Values " in2013,the spread and cultivation of socialist core values get the sublimation again. In the current environment of Chinese social development, the need is extremely urgent, whether it is for personal, social, national. There is no doubt that the friendly values is directly related to social harmony, and has the extremely vital significance to promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the traditional human moral history, to explore the value of life and human behavior moral philosophy is flourishing. The characteristics of humanism tendency of Chinese traditional philosophy is to explore the ethical issues, especially the Confucianism moral determinism in the specific historical conditions, by giving full play to the moral dominant role at that time, which emphasize to establish life ideal, that is "rectifying the mind, self-cultivation, regulating the family, country and world." The perfect individual inner character which is advocated is to make the relationship between man and man, man and society, man and nature more harmonious."Friendliness" belongs to the requirement of the most common moral characters, and it is a kind of valuable spiritual virtue."Exhibit virtue and expose vice, building up a good ethos.""Friendliness" is the explicit of emotion, a benevolent world is a better world. Because of "friendliness" has the power of probation people’s minds, so that it should become a citizen’s basic moral accomplishment. Being kind to others, being kind to the society, being kind to the nature, only then can make our living environment sustainable development in a harmonious atmosphere.The question concerning the role of moral values, there has always been the controversy between the moral useless and universal. In view of the trend of human management of Chinese Confucian Rule of virtue, in the past we did not consciously by denying the moral universal to ignore the regulating function of morality, and we did not realize the difference between the socialist moral values and moral values of the exploiting classes. The reason that the system of feudal society was able to last for a long time in Chinese history, is closely related to the combined management method of the moral thought and political purposes of the feudal ruling class in China.In order to effectively use the psychological characteristics of the national culture to realize its political purpose, the Chinese feudal ruling class can not only use the coercive force of the feudal regime, to put constraint into practice and suppress the rebellion; but also rely on the feudal moral to launch the "friendly" social public opinion, to change people’s inner beliefs and traditional customs, to domesticate one’s heart.In Chinese history, Confucian thinkers generally believe that human desire and good profit, if allowed to develop, will inevitably lead to abandon good from evil and harm to others and social security. Therefore it needs to be mentioned lemma righteousness, suppressed benefit and desires, to make it to the justice, to neutralize. The essence of Chinese Confucianism is moralizing and coordinating the contradictory relationship between man to man or individual and society. Of course, the essence of Chinese Confucianism should judge from the progress of history. On the one hand, it emphasizes that the personal interests must be subordinated to the interests of the collective, which is conducive to maintaining family harmony and stability of the external social relationships, and to promote the relations between people in a certain extent, this kind of values has played a positive role for the progress and prosperity of our Chinese nation spirit in the history of the world; on the other hand, under the banner of humanity, justice, morality and collective interests, because of denying individual legitimate political power and desire of interests, so that the masses of the people lost their independent personality, political freedom and spiritual dignity, strangled individual spirit of creativity and the practical power, as the embodiment of "spirit opium", which make person unconditional obedience to the interests of the state. Although China has gone through decades of socialist construction and reform practice, but influenced by the small-scale self-sufficient peasant economy for thousands of years, the family patriarchal concept of confusing the public and private spheres is still popular in many places, subject culture thought of highlighting the slavish personality still flickering on the modern man,"National deep-rooted depravity", revealed by Lu Xun, still need further improvement.In conclusion, the establishment of contemporary friendly values, on the one hand, it cannot be separated from the fundamental China traditional culture; on the other hand, as the socialist core value concept, it is the inevitable result of transcendence and innovation of history. Therefore, cultivating and practicing friendly values is the main melody of social interpersonal harmony.
