An Analysis Of The Concept Of Original Intentionality

Intentionality is one of the core concepts in the study of phenomenological philosophy,the article take the concept of intentionality as a starting point to analyse the different understanding of intentionality,and establish the classification criteria for it to distinguish among the original and derived intentionality.By combing the argument about original intentionality and derived intentionality to show the diversity and characteristics of original intentionality,then focus on the connotation of original intentionality and its relationship with derived intentionality.The introduction clarifies the significance,purpose and methods of the research,analysis the current situation of the original intentionality both at home and abroad to clarify the theoretical background of it.The first chapter begins with the concept of intentionality to explore the nature of the concept of intentionality from different dimensions,and provides a standard of intentionality type,namely divide intentionality into original intentionality and derived intentionality,then analysis the argument about these,including the phenomenal intentionality,bodily intentionality,mental intentionality,linguistic intentionality and physical intentionality respectively as the original intentionality,and what is the foundation of the theory.The second chapter through in-depth analysis of the meaning of original,and put forward the dual meaning of original intentionality with the criterion of priority,one is the time priority,the other is the logical priority,through these to analyse the different connotation and essence of the concept of original intentionality.In the third chapter set the identity as criterion,points out that there are two types of original and derived intentionality,if there is identity between them,it is an essential derive from the original intentionality,and if there is no identity,it is an instrumental derive from the original intentionality.
