Psychological Resilience Of Secondary Vocational Students And Their Studies Of Outward Bound Training Intervention

In this study,we investigated the situation of secondary vocational students' psychological resilience.And according to this investigation,we make OB training for the secondary vocational students who have poor psychological resilience.We expect to develop a series of OB training intervention plan which can effectively improve the level of psychological resilience.This article has two researches,the first research on the basis of investigation about the present situation of secondary vocational students' psychological resilience.There used questionnaire which as Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent,Ego—Resiliency Scale as a tool to distinguish the proper surveyors.The students come from three schools of Dalian light industrial school,Dalian business school and Dalian vocational technical secondary school of computer.And the results showed that compare to Chinese norm standard score,the scores of Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent and Ego—Resiliency Scale were higher than the norm standard score.And the secondary vocational students' psychological resilience was closely related to the gender,being only-child or not and being single parent families,but not closely related to being from the city or the countryside.In the second research,we took the secondary vocational students who have low level of were as the research object,and took OB training intervention.From tow aspects of theory research and intervention research,explore the OB training intervention effect on secondary vocational students' psychological resilience.The research conclusions are as follows:The scores of Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent and Ego—Resiliency Scale were higher than the Chinese norm standard score.And the secondary vocational students'psychological resilience was closely related to the gender,being only-child or not and being single parent families,but not closely related to being from the city or the countryside.OB training can obviously improve the level of psychological resilience of secondary vocational students.Proved the OB training on intervention secondary vocational students'level of psychological resilience effect is remarkable.
