Driver’s Subjective Fatigue Status For The Forecast Of Accident Proneness

Driving fatigue,it is to point to the driver in the driving process,caused by driving task on the physical and mental fatigue and objectively,the phenomenon of the driving behavior deviation value.Driving fatigue as one of the tasks related to fatigue,its composition is very complicated,driving fatigue can be can be divided into three categories:task related driving fatigue,sleep related driving fatigue and related to the task and the interaction of fatigue associated with sleep.Appear after driving fatigue driving,the driver will be tired and stiff limbs,pay attention to the scattered,judgment will decline,serious can appear even spirit trance,easy to traffic accidents.This study mainly aims at is the subjective fatigue,it is the driver awareness of their own driving fatigue.Study to forecast the accident proneness by subjective fatigue.This study randomly selected 33 male novice drivers,novice drivers is refers to the driving experience less than a year,every month has the actual driving behavior,the total driving range is less than 5000 kilometers(Wetton et al.,2010).The driver was asked to drive the qj-3al(small)driving simulator in a monotonous driving environment.The measurements of this study include the sofi-c(Swedish occupational fatigue inventory-25)subjective questionnaire,task load scale(NASA-TLX)and sleepiness level scale.The subjects were graded according to the order in which they were evaluated.This paper discusses the prediction effect of subjective driving fatigue on the tendency of accidents by means of correlation and hierarchical regression analysis.The study concluded that driving fatigue before a task can predict driving performance,i.e.lack of motivation for speed variability and steering control of the steering wheel.The body’s discomfort is significantly positive for throttle size and braking depth.Driving performance and task load can effectively predict the number of accidents,which is that steering control is a positive predictor of the number of accidents.The degree of frustration was pronounced for the number of accidents.Driving fatigue can effectively predict accident tendency.In summary,this study explores the monotonous driving conditions,driving influence of fatigue on driving performance,which further increases the number of accidents.Driving fatigue tendentiousness has significant role for the accident.
