A Study Of Chinese Character Designing In The Scope Of Chinese International Communication

With the rapid development of Chinese teaching across the world,Chinese textbooks has made fruitful achievements in designing and compiling.The popular Chinese textbooks,especially the elementary and intermediate level textbooks,often arrange conversation in text and attach importance to character designing.Therefore,character designing are becoming more and more important,and Chinese character designing in textbooks has special meaning in the background of Chinese international communication.Character designing has not been explored very much in the research area of Chinese textbooks.Based on the achievements of Chinese textbooks research,the writer conducted a research on Chinese character designing in four textbooks by using literature and statistics.Based on this,the writer conducted questionnaires and interviews on students and teachers,thereby making the methods and principles of character designing more clearly,and explaining the realistic meaning and specific proposals of Chinese character designing in textbooks.At the end of the thesis,the writer enumerated the value of Chinese characters in the Chinese international communication background,and put forward may valuable viewpoints with a combination of theoretical perspectives.
