Since the middle of the 20 th century,the ecological environment problem gradually into people's horizons,became a hot issue of global consensus.Serious environmental pollution,dwindling resources,ecosystem is unbalanced,the emergence of these problems,suggests that the human and the nature of contradiction is sharpened.In recent years,many scholars believe that rely on international technology governance is impossible to fundamentally solve the problem of ecological,human factors is the key to solve the ecological problems.Therefore,the western academia has long been dedicated to ecological citizens theory research.In general,the consciousness of citizen is a ecological civilization and ecological ethics and virtue to consciously put into practice the new citizens.This paper from the ecological role of citizen to foster the construction of ecological civilization,put forward to foster ecological citizens is the inevitable requirement of building ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction calling in the cultivation of citizens.Ecological citizens as the main basis,to the construction of ecological civilization is the subjects of rights,moral subject and practice.Secondly,this paper expounds the ecological citizens the basic stipulation and ethical spirit.The basic stipulation is follow the ecological law of true,the pursuit of ecological ethics of the good and explore the ecological natural beauty;Its ethical spirit essence is to achieve the harmony of man and nature;The specific characterization of respect for life,be kind to nature,environmental responsibility and ecological justice.Once again,from the point of realistic development,ecological loss in citizen's ethical spirit,show the disregard for life,destruction of natural,three aspects of consumption alienation.Investigate its reason,from two aspects to analyze the subjective and the objective,subjective aspect mainly refers to the environmental protection consciousness,ecological ethics thought of landslide,consumption ideas such as myth,objective aspect mainly refers to the environmental education development lag,imperfect laws and regulations,and absence of environmental groups,etc.In the end,based on the qualified subject for construction of ecological civilization in China in the form of goals,from propaganda guidance,environmental education,reasonable consumption,environmental participation and the legal safeguard and so on to explore reasonable ecological citizens forming path.
