Study On The Application Of Chinese Characters Teaching Methods To Primary Stage Overseas Chinese Characters Teaching

Teaching Chinese characters is the most difficult part of teaching foreigners Chinese.And also Chinese characters are the biggest obstacle for foreign students.In order to solve this difficulty,from 1980 s,researchers have carried out deep researches on overseas Chinese character teaching.In recent years,some researchers have begun to notice the value of domestic traditional Chinese character teaching,try to provide some improvement ideas.But the breadth and depth of the present studies on Chinese character teaching methods is not enough,it remains to be further deepened and expanded.Therefore the author,on the basis of studying the domestic Chinese character teaching,try to apply those efficient Chinese methods to overseas Chinese character teaching and to provide some ideas and concrete programs for teaching foreigners Chinese characters.The thesis includes four chapters.Chapter One,introduces the background and significance of this study and the ideas and methods of research,analyzes the achievements and existing problems in overseas Chinese character teaching,and summarizes the theoretical basis of the paper.Chapter Two,introduces the feature of domestic traditional Chinese character teaching,analyzes the common traits and differences between the domestic Chinese character teaching and the primary stage overseas Chinese character teaching,and then discusses the feasibility of applying traditional Chinese characters teaching methods to primary level overseas Chinese character teaching,which provides the theoretical base for the experimental research.Chapter Three introduces the objectives,principle,strategies,courses,as well as the results of the test and the evaluation system of applying domestic Chinese character teaching methods to overseas Chinese character teaching.Concrete examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of applying domestic Chinese character teaching methods to overseas Chinese character teaching.Chapter Four analyzes the feedback data of teaching application,summarizes the problems in the process of teaching,analyzes the overall results and gives some suggestions on teaching foreigners Chinese characters.
