In recent years,social competition has become increasingly intense,and college students are facing various pressures.Every year before the beginning of high school,many news about interpersonal relationship problems of college students appear on the Internet.It can be seen that many students have the problem of social anxiety,which has caused serious trouble to their daily life and interpersonal communication.Previous studies have shown that personality traits and emotional regulation patterns are factors affecting social anxiety.In many cross-cultural studies,it is found that social and cultural differences will lead to individual differences,and the self-construa proposed based on the cultural level of the self will affect the degree of individual social anxiety and the way of emotional regulation.Cognitive emotional regulation plays an important role in dealing with negative emotions in life.Different strategies adopted by individuals will lead to different levels of social anxiety.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the relationship between college students' self-construal,cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety.In order to understand the contemporary college students in self construct,cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety on the overall situation,to explore the construct itself,the relationship between cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety,and examination of cognitive emotion regulation in the mediation role of construct and social anxiety,this study using the convenience sampling method,602 college students conducted a questionnaire survey.Finally,SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to analyze the data collected.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The social anxiety score of the sample in this study is significantly higher than the norm score,indicating that the social anxiety of college students in this region is relatively serious at present.2.There are significant differences in the types of Self-construal among college students in terms of gender and grade.The independent self-construal of male students was significantly higher than that of female students,and the independent self-construal of junior students and the interdependent self-construal of freshman students were significantly higher than that of other grades.3.There are significant differences in cognitive and emotional regulation types among college students in grade,place of origin and whether they are the only child.The positive and negative cognitive and emotional regulation of senior college students are significantly higher than that of other grades.The positive cognitive and emotional regulation of urban college students is significantly higher than that of rural college students,and the positive and negative cognitive and emotional regulation of only-child college students is significantly higher than thatof non-only-child college students.4.Self-construal and cognitive emotion regulation can predict social anxiety.Independent self-construal and positive cognitive emotion regulation can negatively predict social anxiety,while interdependent self-construal and negative cognitive emotion regulation can positively predict social anxiety.5.Positive cognitive emotional regulation plays a complete mediating role in independent Self-construal and social anxiety,while negative cognitive emotional regulation plays a partial mediating role in interdependent Self-construal and social anxiety.It shows that independent Self-construal can affect social anxiety through positive cognitive emotion regulation,and interdependent Self-construal can not only directly affect social anxiety,but also affect social anxiety through negative cognitive emotion regulation.
