Research On The Effectiveness Of Rural Public Cultural Services In The Context Of Building A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Public cultural services is an important reference index of building a new socialist countryside providing public cultural services for rural residents,so as to meet the demand of the public culture,improving the cultural quality of rural residents is the responsibility of the government s.In the middle of the party on the 18 th,it clearly puts forward to develop nonprofit cultural undertaking,and strive to meet the needs of the masse,of the people,the governments of various 1evel shall add investment to the rural cultural development,especially in rural and communim cultural infrastructure supply,protect and safeguard cultural rights of rural residents in China,build up a mature system of public cultural services across the country,improve the supply of rural public cultural services.However,at present our country rural public cultural service supply is not optimistic,the conflict between supply and demand is outstanding,the farmers’ rights of public cultural services and interests can not get effective guarantee.Under the hackground of such a policy,strengthening the study of the patterns of rural public cultural service supply,allowing more of the peasant masses to enjoy the fruits of economic and cultural development in our country have far-reaching significance on the steady progress of the construction of Chinese socialist harmonious society and the sustainable development of economic society.In this paper,the concept of "effective supply of rural public culture" is defined on the basis of previous studies.The use of Marx’s cultural theory,new public service theory,in F city of Shandong Province as a case,analyzes reasons for affected parties to present situation,China’s current supply of public cultural services,the effectiveness of the existing problems.Then by the method of historical comparison,since the founding of the changes of rural public cultural service policy in China for relations between the two sides of the changes and comment;analyzed by comparative analysis of the effective supply of public cultural services,foreign classic case.Finally,is the focus of this paper,the main characteristics of China’s current rural public cultural services for the main body,the development direction of reasoning;at the same time,the main features of the rural public culture service on the basis of the investigation,the demand analysis,based on the build of rural public culture effective service supply mode for the interests of both sides.
