The Research About The Relationship Between Adult-attachment, Cellphone Using In Intimate Relationship

Cellphone using has become a necessary part of our life. However, the domestic researches about the cellphone using in intimate romantic relationship are very limited. Most of the researches focus on studying the relationship between intimate romantic relationship from the perspective of the dependence and addiction on cellphone, rather the normal cellphone using.This research aims at exploring and studying the differences of normal individual cellphone using between different adult attachment styles in the intimate romantic relationship and their relationships. The study further applies the experimental study to explore the inner mechanism, so that to improve the quality of intimate romantic relationship. The included two studies respectively select 559 university students and 40 university student couples for data collecting through questionnaire and experiment, and proceeds descriptive statistical analysis,variation analysis,regression analysis etc. with SPSS.20 and get the following results:(1) University students' score on anxiety attachment is obviously higher than that on avoidance attachment. The order from high to low in the four attachments is as follows:fearful attachment, concentration attachment, safety attachment and indifferent attachment.(2) Most university students are satisfied with their intimate romantic relationship,in which the male are more satisfied than the female. Meanwhile, the intimate relationship satisfaction scale is higher in the relationships which last for more than one year compared with those last within one year.(3) The percentage of using word messages is even to that of using voice messages in university students' intimate romantic relationship. The shorter the intimate romantic relationship lasts, the more the students use word messages, while after the romantic relationship lasting longer, the students prefer to use voice messages rather than use word messages.(4) Cellphone using is significantly correlated with avoidance attachment and intimate relationship satisfaction, while anxiety attachment is significantly correlated with cellphone using and intimate relationship satisfaction. In addition,intimate relationship satisfaction is also significantly correlated with avoidance attachment.(5) Intimate relationship satisfaction can be effectively predicted by avoidance attachment and anxiety attachment. While cellphone using can also be effectively predicted by anxiety attachment but not avoidance attachment.(6) Cellphone using significantly partially moderates the relationship between adult attachment and intimate relationship satisfaction.(7) It can improve students' intimate relationship satisfaction if they sent some positive messages to the other, along with calling or sending messages actively everyday.
