Resilience is the individual to mobilize all resources to overcome setbacks and adversity growing psychological, mental toughness not only determine the individual to cope with setbacks and difficulties and behavior, but also directly affect the mental health of the individual.Junior middle school students at a critical and complex period of transition in life, on the one hand they feel grown up, demand independence, on the other hand they can not mature in terms of ideology. On the one hand they understand the desire of being approved, will be on the other hand they tend to latch his heart, narcissistic, with the development of society, the pressures they face are growing, the face of difficulties and pressures, many junior high school students do not know how to properly respond positively.Common mental resilience for the junior high school problems, this study uses active listening, empathy, support, counseling and other organizations asked techniques to design a group counseling programs aimed at junior high school students through awareness, emotions, will, behavior, etc. group counseling to improve their mental toughness.In this study, experimental method, Cheng Guan Middle School first grade in48subjects screened, put the48subjects were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received two-month period, a total of eight times in group counseling, group counseling control group did not receive in the meantime. Before the experiment, the experimental group and the control group homogeneity test, the difference in scores before and after the experimental group and the control group measured on the basis of mental toughness, whether the test can effectively improve the junior high school group counseling mental toughness.Meanwhile, the study of the experimental group of boys and girls inside, the effect of non-child-child and counseling a comparative analysis between, and examines the gender and whether begotten interaction between two variables, in the hope that junior high school students group counseling some inspiration.The results showed that:1. the overall level of mental resilience higher than the experimental group, in two dimensions of personal power and supportive and target focused, emotional control, positive cognitive, family support, interpersonal differences on four factors help significantly.2.the experimental group in the overall level of mental resilience, personal and supportive force in two dimensions and target focused, emotional control, positive cognitive, family support, interpersonal assistance made significant progress on the four factors, while the control group did not change significantly.3.The only child progress in the level of mental resilience is greater than non-child. In two dimensions of personal power and supportive and target focused, emotional control, positive cognitive, family support, interpersonal differences on four factors help significantly.4.The effect of Counseling is better for the boys than girls. In two dimensions of personal power and supportive and target focused, emotional control, positive cognitive, family support, interpersonal differences on four factors help significantly.5.Gender and whether the only child of these two variables on the effect of group counseling work, but there is no interaction between the two.In short, the junior high school group counseling can improve mental resilience preparation of this study group counseling program is effective, the effect of the one-child counseling than non-child counseling boys than girls effect.
