Study On The Relationship Between The Empathy,Moral Judgment,Moral Identity And Micro Moral Behavior Of Civil Servants

Moral identity is defined as individual based on their moral pursuit,moral people orientation and look forward to become involved,individuals become what kind of people the idea is the individual self-concept moral image schema.Micro moral behaviors of public servants,namely public officials appeared in the daily work,and less effect is established in the context of moral behavior is not easy to be regarded,public officials are not clearly stipulated in the occupation morality must abide by,but by the public expect,accumulated to influence public trust in the government the moral behavior can produce social effects.Empathy by activating a certain moral standards in human brain to influence moral judgment,encourage people in moral behavior has a positive emotional experience and moral pursuit,make people more engaged in moral emotion moral behavior can produce positive experience;moral identity can predict moral behavior moral dilemma,there is regulation of moral behavior.The main purpose of this study is to study whether micro moral behavior,as a special moral behavior,has the same influence on empathy,moral judgment and moral identity.This study is divided into two main steps:a study for the preparation of official micro moral behavior questionnaire,interview,literature review and analysis of the data obtained with good reliability and validity,including micro moral behavior attitude,execution,empathy,communication and show common five dimensions of the official formal questionnaire.Study two:on the basis of the research,the author explores the relationship among empathy,moral judgment,moral identity and micro moral behavior.The results show that:(1)there are gender differences in empathy,moral judgment and micro ethical behavior of public officials,and the performance of empathy,moral judgment and micro moral behavior of female students are significantly higher than boys.(2)there is a significant correlation between empathy,moral judgment and moral identity,which can be used to predict the micro ethical behavior of public officials.(3)empathy is the mediator between moral judgment and moral behavior of micro public officials,and the intermediary role is regulated by civil servants moral identity,influence on the civil servants moral empathy micro behavior is moderated mediating effect.
