In the process of learning and using Chinese,foreign students often make some pronunciation errors, including initials, vowels, tone and so on. Therefore, the study of students' phonetic errors can guide our teaching effectively. At present, the research object of phonetic error is mainly about the learners from Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States. Taking the Kazakhstan students as research object, this paper will find out the errors made in the initials, vowels and tone; analyze the causes of these errors; and then put forward some teaching strategies, so as to make some contribution to the phonetic teaching of Kazakhstan students.This paper will carry out research work mainly from the following aspects:First, sort out all the 1053 syllables in the HSK character-list and contact the objects,including five Kazakhstan students of different Chinese-level. And then carry out the experiment by the means of taking a record of the pronunciation of the five students and extracting the audio required for the experiment.Second, analyze the experimental results. For the analysis of initials and vowels,record and summarize the pronunciation problems of the five students by hearing. For the analysis of tone, extract the fundamental frequency and draw the curve of the forth tone;thus to confim the tone errors of foreign students according to the transformation relationship between the fundamental frequency and the five degrees.Third, analyze the causes of errors and put forward teaching strategies. This paper analyzes the influence on the pronunciation errors of Kazakhstan students from the perspectives of negative transfer of mother tongue,negative transfer of target language knowledge, "Hanyu Pinyin program" and individual factors of international students.And then it puts forward the teaching strategies of sound method, tongue-biting method,finger-biting method; the method of helping students to set tone; the method of disrupting the inherent teaching order of the tone and the method of training students' consciousness of the tone domin range.Fourth, sort out the "the error-prone syllables table for Kazakhstan stufents", which are also the difficulties in teaching. Thus teachers should give more attention to these syllables.
