With the development of TCFL and network television, There are more and more audio-visual Chinese textbooks of film and television,such as?China City Card???QinHuai families???Watching movies to learn Chinese???Hello Beijing???Home with kids???Happy Chinese?and so on.This paper mainly takes?Happy Chinese:An audiovisual oral Chinese course for intermediate and advanced students 1?,which is published recently,as the main research object,studies the content of the textbook, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the textbook as an audiovisual oral Chinese course. The innovation of this paper is the the comparison between ?Home with kids 1? and ?Happy Chinese:An audiovisual oral Chinese course for intermediate and advanced students l,that were adapted from the sitcoms, analyzes different thoughts of writing, and put forward suggestions on the basis of the study .The first chapter summarizes the current situation of the researches on audiovisual oral Chinese textbooks of film and television,introduced the meaning and methods of the study.The second chapter made a concrete analysis of the ?Happy Chinese:An audiovisual oral Chinese course for intermediate and advanced students 1?from the aspects of layout structure, text, vocabulary, exercises, illustration, culture, video and combined each part of the textbook with the theories of TCFL,and pointed out its advantages and disadvantages, gave suggestions for improvement.The third chapter mainly compared ?Happy Chinese:An audiovisual oral Chinese course for intermediate and advanced students 1?and ?Home with kids 1?from the five aspects of the layout structure, text, vocabulary, culture and practice ,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two textbooks. Focused on the culture and practice of the two textbooks for comparison.The fourth chapter combined questionnaire, theories of TCFL and other related literature, put forward some suggestions on audiovisual oral Chinese courses of film and television.from five aspects of text structure, arrangement of texts,arrangement of culture,practice setting,video.The fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the full text of the article, pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of this article.
