Career decision difficulty refers to the difficulties for having no idea of how to choose a occupation and which occupation to choose that occur when the individual is in the uncertain direction of career decision.It mainly includes information exploration difficulty,conflict and lack of preparation.As a preparatory stage before entering the career,College students encountered more prominent difficulties in the initial career decision-making,reducing the difficulties in the process of career decision-making can effectively help college students to achieve career success.Risk factors are the personal and environmental factors that lead to negative or bad direction of personal development.Multiple ecological risk factors are significant predictors of individual development.Career decision making difficulty is a multi-dimensional variable,which is easily affected by individual subjective factors.As a representative subjective factor,career adaptability plays an important role in career decision-making difficulties.Therefore,from the perspective of career decision-making difficulties,this study discusses the overall status of Chinese college students'career decision-making difficulties,and analyzes the relationship among cumulative ecological risk,career adaptability and career decision-making difficulties.On the one hand,it can make college students understand the difficulties encountered in the process of career decision-making,on the other hand,it can improve the adaptability of individual career and reduce the difficulty of career decision-making.This study adopts the method of literature reading and questionnaire survey.We selected five universities,randomly distributed 500 questionnaires,and used SPSS24.0 to carry out the data difference test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.then we got the following conclusions:1.College students in China have relatively more difficulties in making career decisions,including the difficulties of information exploration,conflict and lack of preparation.The most important factor is emotional discomfort,and the main factor affect college students' career decision-making difficulties is the bad emotion which produced in the process of career decision-making.2.There is no significant difference in career decision-making difficulties between male and female,but there is a significant difference in grade.The difference test of component table shows that there are significant differences in information exploration difficulties among different grade students.However,the other two subscales in terms of lack of preparation and conflict contradiction didn't show significant difference.3.There is a significant negative correlation between cumulative ecological risk and career decision-making difficulty,career adaptability and career decision-making difficulty.Cumulative ecological risk and career adaptability are significantly positive correlation.4.College students' cumulative ecological risk and career adaptability can predict the difficulty of career decision-making,and career adaptability plays a role of intermediary.
