With the gradual speeding up the process of globalization, each of us can not avoid contact with different cultures. On the street, bilingual signs everywhere; into the mall, we can buy goods around the world; to the movies, foreign large and global simultaneous release. In our life and work, either directly in the form, or indirect forms, all with multi-cultural collision with the sparks.As a Chinese teacher, he was faced with students from around the world. His mission is not just to teach the language of Chinese, but also the face of student language, learning difficulties. So, how can Chinese teachers and students for effective and efficient communication, to become Chinese teachers to bear the brunt of the problem to be solved. Only effective communication, well, students learn to make high quality of life continue, we are only able to achieve the aims of education.Therefore, these Chinese teachers and students discuss the communication problems. Identify the common problems of communication and analyze its causes, to find effective solutions. Chinese teachers help students to solve the communication problem, the successful completion of their mission.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an overview of communication; second chapter, motivation and psychological characteristics from the two aspects of the psychological state of foreign students; third chapter of the teachers and students a common communication barriers, and these obstacles both from verbal and nonverbal aspects were discussed; chapter communication barriers through discussion, from the aesthetic, values, religion and other aspects of an obstacle to find the reason; Chapter V, based on communication disorders and causes of an obstacle is presented some teachers and students studying foreign language communication skills, combined with case discusses how to promote good communication and communication methods should pay attention to the problem.
