Job Burnout has been the focus issues of academics and business managers.Among the many factors influencing the job burnout of employees,enterprise fair is one of the main factors.Enterprise fair include both the longitudinal fair based on individual effort and the reward,else the horizontal fair based on between employees rewards differences.When it comes to the bad enterprises fair atmosphere,people tend to focus on its negative side,We always think that stress can have a bad effect on the psychology and behavior of employees,such as anxiety,low working efficiency,and even lead to employee turnover and so on.Effort-Reward Imbalance model is a classic work stress theory,which always lead to work stress.It reflects the longitudinal fair atmosphere.And organizational justice embodies the differentiation between the colleague within the organization,is a kind of horizontal fair based on rewards differences between individuals.On the basis of previous studies,this paper will introduce the organizational justice into the effort-reward imbalance model,and will explore the interaction mechanism on job burnout.Referred to the relative researches domestic and overseas,the research surveyed 384 employees from various types of companies using Effort-Reward Imbalance stressor scale,overcommitment scale,organizational Justice scale,job burnout scale.Using statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis to analyze the data.To discuss the effect of effort-reward imbalance,overcommitiment and organizational justice on job burnout.to discuss the moderating effect of organizational justice between effort-reward imbalance and job burnout.to discuss the moderating effect of overcommitment between effort-reward imbalance and job burnout.And to discuss the interactive effects of effort-reward imbalance,overcommitiment and organizational justice on job burnout.we achieve these results:1.With the improvement of the Effort-Reward Imbalance rate,the job burnout level will also increase.2.With the improvement of the overcommitment,the job burnout level will also increase.3.With the decrease of the level of organizational justice,the job burnout level will also increase.4.Overcommit:ment play a positive moderating role between Effort-Reward Imbalance and job burnout.5.Organizational Justice play a negative moderating role between Effort-Reward Imbalance and job burnout.6.Organizational Justice play a negative moderating role between overcommitment and job burnout.7.Effort-Reward Imbalance,overcommitment and organizational Justice have interactive effects on job burnout.In conclusion,this study shows that the affect mechanism between Effort-Reward Imbalance model and job burnout,and Effort-Reward Imbalance,overcommitment and organizational Justice have interactive effects on job burnout.According to the research results,this paper puts forward management suggestions from the perspective of organization and individual.
