Foreign students learning Chinese as second language mainly rely on Chinese textbooks as means of study,but in Kazakhstan the Chinese learners face a major problem,the textbook is neither localized nor relevant to Kazakhstan's country and folks.Kazakhstan now uses the Chinese textbooks from China or from Russia;in contrast,the Chinese who write the Chinese version of the textbook has an irreplaceable advantage.But in Kazakhstan,most of the Chinese Edition of the textbook has not been expected are not welcome,because they are also not well adapted to the local culture and user characteristics.Herein,the selection of Kazakhstan the most commonly used elementary Chinese textbook(Beijing Language and Culture University Press published),in conjunction with the Kazakhstan National Pedagogical University faculty and students conducted questionnaire survey and interviews,from the knowledge of the language,texts,culture and other aspects of the evaluation of the Chinese version of the textbook advantages and main shortcomings.And immediately satisfy the indigenous point of view on how to improve this course,from the adaptation of the principles,vocabulary,syntax and practice of writing;and how to promote the teaching materials jointly prepared and published,etc.,based on detailed and specific recommendations.
