The Analysis On Personality Traits And Influential Factors Of Juvenile Delinquents In Different Types

Objective:This research is designed to understand the current overall situation of China's juvenile delinquent's personality traits.To explore the different nature for the criminal types of juvenile delinquents between the similarities and differences of personality traits.To further analysis for the related factors of personality psychological and behavior factors of juvenile delinquency.Lastly,to achieve more efficient and scientific problems of juvenile delinquency prevention and treatment will provide by theoretical and practical basis.Method:The analysis was conducted by convenient cluster sampling among two prison management in the northern of Zhejiang and middle of Anhui Province.Questionnaire survey including general social demographic information survey questionnaire(self-designed)and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI-399).In addition,Physiological index measuring is on static card heart rate index and part blood trace elements content of numerical for collection;again from overall in the layered random extraction different crime nature type of the one crime youth individual implementation depth quality sex interview research.The static card heart rate measuring main is on its physiological heart rate index numerical for collection.Using the SPSS 18.0 and QSR NVivo Pro 11.0 for data statistics or qualitative research.Results:(1)Juvenile delinquent's social demographic features aspects: overall rendering male more female less and average age is 20.97 ± 1.91.Different types of juvenile delinquent's have different statistics meaning(P>0.05)and growth family environment type,both of education and growth family environment types all had engaged in the career units by aspects are exists with more significantly of statistics differences(P<0.01).(2)Juvenile delinquent's personal characteristics aspects:juvenile delinquent's general of Pd,and Pa and Ma,etc.The scored are above normal control group and and of exists with statistics differences(P<0.05),Mf scored are has height of statistics differences(P<0.01);MMPI-399 in different of crime nature type aspects are rendering out statistics differences(P<0.05)which are Hs,D,Pd,etc on dimensions such as showing more significant statistical difference(P<0.01).(3)Juvenile delinquent's interview research aspects: violations property right class was try performance out to control,and self binding lower of psychological characteristics.Moreover,Exists with must degree of habits and impulse control obstacles.Against personal right class was try easy stress provoked,has impulse sex people and the anti-social personality obstacles;prejudice social management order class was try wills weak,has must paranoid sex personality obstacles;damage socialist market class was try indulgence greed,exists with minor of mania crazy syndrome mood obstacles.(4)juvenile personality psychological and behavior factors: resting heart rate as the effects of physiological index and prediction static card heart rate as effect and the forecast juvenile delinquents of physiological index yet reflected out significantly of statistics meaning,but general than normal crowd partial low;crime youth by measuring of blood trace elements in the zinc,and lead content significantly different ordinary(P<0.01).Besides,Lead contents in different crime types have a significant statistical difference between the subjects(P<0.01).(5)Juvenile delinquent's personality with influential factors of correlation aspects:Sociology variable on dangerous violence nature of crime behavior occurred has more significantly of forecast and the related effect(P<0.01);Trace elements items as effect factors and psychological personality traits for the Pd(0.4?r<0.7)and Si.Trace element zinc and Pa both are significant correlation(0.4?| r |<0.7).Conclusion:(1)The overall personality traits of juvenile delinquents show and super normal differences between healthy people and focuses on personality.Juvenile groups of different property types are also a certain degree of difference between personality traits,representative is a violation of property and rights of these two types of crime against the person youth group,which is focused on personality differences in non-nature of the former habit of impulse control disorders of personality.(2)The criminal psychology of personality and behavior are many fields,a general sociological and individual institutional level,among other more significant dimensions.The Sociology focuses on the negative influence of family factors and school environment.On the side,the influential factors of individual constitutions embodied for the abnormality of trace elements.(3)The criminal psychological characteristics has even attracted a certain degree of correlation between the abnormal blood trace elements and the high level cadmium.The low content of trace element zinc may affect the generation of paranoid personality.
