Study On The Conservation Of Traditional Village Cultural Landscape In Xinxi Village Of Lu County

The traditional village is the focal point of the development of the Chinese historical culture.Therefore,how to appropriately protect and utilize the value of its historical culture has become an important topic for modern sustainable development and “returning to its origin” for human residency.As the pace of metropolitan transformation is speeding up,most population has transferred to the cities and towns.As result,the phenomenon of “vacant homes” in the villages has become more significant.More and more villages with long history and culture foundation have gradually faded or disappeared.Meanwhile,as more manual interferences and inappropriate protections,the “distortion” and “imitation” issue of the tradition villages has become very common situation.As result,protecting the traditional villages and culture have become very imperative and with profound meaning.Protecting the traditional village will lead to the same purpose of protecting the human civilization;village economic form and local culture.It is the foundation of studying Chinese human residential culture,environmental transformation and future development.The study area of this article is based on Lu County,Zhao Ya Town,Xin Xi Village and conducted the blew five studies from traditional village culture and landscape protection.(1)This article indicates the concept of traditional village,village culture,and other key terms;analyzes the development process of traditional village protection both within China and aboard,and instructions of related principles and recommendations.Based on this,it helps to clarify the principle of traditional village protection,important guidance,and specific protection means and strategies.(2)For the study object,Zhao Ya Town,Xin Xi Village,based on the actual local research and related historical articles,it indicates the object from geographic location,historical cultural development,and historical cultural connotation,etc,by which analyzed the current development status,and found the questions below:(1)The nature of the village land use status is relatively single,public service facilities,cultural facilities,lack of land,new and old residential buildings in the village is mixed,not the construction of the new situation,which will bring some limitations to the village protection and development construction;(2)the overall status of residents living level is poor,the village has to protect the value of monuments in the unprotected state,vulnerable to vandalism(3)Based on the analysis of current material cultural landscape,natural cultural landscape,non-material cultural landscapes in Zhao Ya Town,Xin Xi Village,it selects appropriate protection value assessment method for protecting the traditional village culture landscape(AHP,analytic hierarchy process),combining with “historical influence value”,“architectural heritage value”,“folk culture inheritance value”,“landscape value”,and “protection development conditions”,using the quantifying and quantiting analysis to assess the historical culture landscape protection value of Xin Xi Village.(4)Throughout the comprehensive assessment results of protection value for Xin Xi Village,based on the principle of “people oriented” and “sustaining village traditional historical structure”,it suggests the assumptions and plans for the traditional village culture landscape protection and divides planning practice model for protection areas and other areas.(5)Finally,it builds up relative practices and managing methods in order to assure the protection plan of traditional village can be executed effectively,and suggests the measure of safeguard for the protection plan management and execution of traditional villages:(1)Construct the traditional building information system based on ArcGIS;(2)adhere to the "bottom-up" and "top-down" combination of protection mode;(3)search for a reasonable protection support model.This article,took Xin Xi Village as the example,studied the reasons,plans,and execution measurement of traditional village protection and culture landscape protection,revealing the common status quo and historical development of traditional villages such as Lu County and even the entire Western China Area.It has profound meaning for studying relevant history for traditional villages and can be severed as the same role for the similar topic in other areas.
