| Since the founding of new China,China’s urbanization construction has realized the rapid development in general.But the process of continuous high-speed urbanization also left a number of historical problems,such as: the level of urbanization is not high,the size of urban structure is unreasonable,and so on.After the 18 th working meeting,the central authorities timely adjust the urbanization strategy,into the new urbanization stage.Located in the Sichuan western plain of Xiaoquan town,it has more than 2,000 years of history.Many cultural relics,the traditional folk customs and the original architectural style in the town,with distinctive local characteristics and important cultural value;it has become the provincial-level historical and cultural towns and national key small towns so far.However,with the accelerating process of urbanization,the social development and urban construction of Xiaoquan town have ushered in great opportunities and challenges.The protection and renewal of ancient town has increasingly become the focus of attention.How to achieve the protection of cultural heritage effectively and effectivelyupdate under the background of new urbanization,to meet the demand of contemporary social development,are the urgent problems to solvein the cultural heritage protection and sustainable development.Based on the background of the new urbanization,this thesis takes Xiaoquan town as the research object,uses the literature research,field research,case analysis and other disciplines research methods,distinguishes the difference between the new urbanization and the traditional urbanization,and discusses the relationship between the new urbanization and the protection and renewal of the ancient town.Through the field investigationof Xiaoquan town,using Lee Kete scale method to evaluate residents’ satisfaction about the status quo and protection situation of the town,include the historical space protection,living environment and the status quo of industrial development aspects,summarizes the existing problems in the urbanization process of Xiaquan town.Moreover introduces the method of integrated protection and adaptability update,according to the objective about protection and renewal of the Xiaoquan town in the new urbanization,combined with the principle of distinctivecharacteristics of town’s personality,heritage protection priority,the protection and development of integration during the new period.Based on the "four states"(i.e.,space form,industry form,ecological environment,cultural patterns)which proposed by previous scholars,and increased the "living form","state residents" to constitute a new direction about protection and renewal of Xiaoquan town in the new urbanization.Finally,combined with the development of Xiaoquan town and the existing problems,around the framework of the "six states" and proposed the strategies of Xiaoquan town’s protection and renewal under the new urbanization.In the context of the new urbanization,the protection and renewal of Xiaoquan town should closely focus on the concept of "people-oriented",respect the value appeal and subject interest of the local residents,tourists and other interests.Pay more attention to the development and change of the social space,and carry out the scientific and rational protection and renewal of the town’s various elements(i.e.,the six states).In order to realize the optimization and promotion of the town’s living,production and living environment,promote the sustainable development ofXiaoquan town,so that promote the change of "quality" in the constructionprocess of new urbanization about Xiaoquan town. |
