Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Large Sites In The Urbanization Process Of Xi'an

The large remains are material and spiritual wealth of common human. In the city’s development process, they constantly transform urban development, continue the city memory, improve city culture. The large remains has become an important part of the city’s development. Evaluating the development level of modern city, is no longer simply focus on the GDP, city’s cultural taste and the ecological environment have become an important standard. Therefore, the large remains are special problems that can not be avoided in the process of modern city. Xi’an is the city which has a strong history and culture. Xi’an has so many large remains,they are high protection level and overlapthe city. The contradiction between protection and development with the city to speed up andincreasingly sharp.This paper based on the background of city urbanization.To become an international citie,xi’an need to protect the large remains.Based on a comprehensive summary on the present research,this paper defined the related concepts, analysised large remains’ features protection development performance and special contradiction.At the same time,this paper combined the Darning Palace, Han Changan city as a typical case,summarized the effective practice of government management,and put forward suggestions on the development of the site of government management protection in the process of Xi’an city.This paper is divided into the following several parts:In the first chapter, the author introduces the background and meaning of this discourse.In the second chapter,the author defined the related concepts,analyzed the relationship between urbanization and protection and development of large remains.In the third chapter,basis of the current situation of Xi’an large site, analysis the main problems faced with the government in the large remains’ protection development.In the fourth chapter,taked Daming Palace and Han Changan City relic as an example, empirical analysis on the case of Xi’an of great site protection development.In the fifth chapter,from two aspects of government management principle and management countermeasures,to provid suggestions for government management path.
