Reaearch On The Development Of Heterogeneous Ethnic Cultural Resources And Tourism Economic Performance

Based on the theory of Resource View,The Paper has studied relations between the development of Heterogeneous Ethnic Cultural resource and the performance of tourism economy.This article selects three developed and typical Yao villages in Guangdong,(Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County(Bibei town)and Liannan Yao Autonomous County(Youling Village and Nangang Village))as examples,Through the method of Case Study,focusing on the analysis of resource heterogeneity in Pai Yao and Guoshan Yao ethnic culture and impact the heterogeneity of ethnic cultural resources development has on the performance of local ethnic tourism economy.Through investigation and study,this paper concludes:① In Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County and Liannan Yao Autonomous County,their ethnic culture has characteristics of resource heterogeneity;②Resources heterogeneity development charaterized by the original ecological culture has brought the local economic performance.This study has not only achieved a good guidance to the development of ethnic cultural resources and attaining performance of tourism economy in Guangdong but also become a significant reference for tourism economic development in other ethnic regions.
