Exploring the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism resources and their market value will help to scientifically judge the utilization degree of tourism resources,rationally allocate tourism resources,formulate correct regional tourism development strategies,and finally achieve sustainable tourism development.This study takes the cultural tourism resources in Daxiangnan area as the research object,which is made of 34 districts and counties,and uses the nearest neighbor index,geographical concentration coefficient and Gini coefficient to judge the spatial distribution characteristics of the cultural tourism resources in Daxiangnan area.Through the literature analysis method,this study measures the market value of the cultural tourism resources of the southern Hunan by using the classification weighting value evaluation model,and classifies the market value of cultural tourism resources by using the natural breakpoint method in ArcGis software,and finds its Spatial agglomeration area by using the nuclear density estimation method.Also this study calculates counties' total value of cultural tourism resources market,and can obtain the difference of the distribution of the market value of the cultural tourism resources of the Daxiangnan area through the quartile.Through superposition analysis,this study points out the elements,the terrain,river,highway and railway pairs,that may affect the spatial distribution of cultural tourism resources market value.The study found that the large-scale cultural tourism in Daxiangnan area is complete and diverse,and the type of spatial distribution is agglomerated;the market value of cultural tourism resources is between 20 and 50,and the spatial distribution shows ?high density around the area and low density in the central area?.The characteristics of the cultural tourism market in the north,southeast,southwest and central regions are relatively high,while the western is relatively low.Therefore,the spatial distribution of the value of the cultural tourism resources market value and the county market is deviated;Water systems,transportation and socio-economic levels have an impact on the quantity of resources and the level of market value.Based on the above conclusions,this paper takes the theory of sustainable development as the guiding ideology,established in the current development of cultural tourism in the southern Hunan province,and proposes that the development of cultural tourism in Daxiangnan area needs to consider the four principles of ecology,culture,market and regional cooperation.Also this paper optimizes the layout of cultural tourism development which is a leading,three center.It is conducive to promoting the integration of cultural tourism resources in the southern Hunan,strengthening intra-regional tourism cooperation and linkages,and creating an influential Da Xiangnan cultural tourism brand.
