| Language learning process can be said to be the language of listening, speaking,reading and writing these four abilities to improve the process of training, and the ultimate goal of language learning is to master and be able to skillfully use this language."Listening" as the primary skill of these four skills is undoubtedly very important."Listening" as a language skill, only literally, it is difficult to say what specifically refers to. So the listening comprehension of teachers to train learners what kind of listening ability, how to improve learners’ listening ability in class are problems that we need to solve according to this paper. This paper starts with the study of listening teaching based on the theory of listening micro-skills proposed by Mr. Yang Huiyuan. The so-called hearing micro skills, referring to Mr. Yang Huiyuan in his monograph listening teaching method can be separated from the listening skills of the eight micro skills. They are:ability to distinguish analysis, memory storage capacity, association guessing ability,summary ability, quick response ability, listening ability, listening ability and retrieval listening ability. This paper chooses the listening class of the intermediate three classes of the International Cultural Exchange Institute of Central China Normal University as the research object. We take the class observation method, in the actual intermediate listening classroom teaching in the teaching of listening micro skills to explore. Then this paper summarizes the teaching methods of listening and micro skills of these teachers in intermediate listening class, and puts forward the opinions in this paper. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the training of students’ listening skills and to improve the listening level of students in listening class.According to the content, this paper can be divided into five parts. The first part is the research content, purpose and significance of this paper.
