Research On Management Consciousness Of Stage Drama From The Perspective Of Project Management

As a science of "methodology",project management also plays a guiding role in the field of art management.The concept,methods and tools of project management are suitable for artistic creation and production.The successful performance of a stage play is a deliverable.Combined with the current situation of Yunnan Arts University's self created stage play,the stage management research under the perspective of project management is to explore a way to combine project management theory with art exhibition activities.This paper summarizes own stage management situation,find the existing art in the process of making the "random" link,the introduction of project management theory to enhance own stage management efficiency,how to choose the main repertoire,develop project charter,limited monitoring stakeholders participation,preparation of project schedule,project risk identification,evaluation and development of audience satisfaction quality improvement are discussed.Through the research and exploration of this paper laid the foundation for own stage management,introduce a new method to use the new tools for art colleges,through the full demonstration of project management into the management of art field provides a "legitimate" path,to a certain extent the current difficulties created crack stage management,the most important achievement is make the optimization scheme for the homemade drama project management key link,can effectively guide the practice of art.
