With the rise of Chinese language in the global context,special in this context,and now the "immigrant hot" phenomenon,the Chinese learning boom in America also swept.As learning Chinese boom in foreigners abroad,people in America are bound to be involved in this Chinese fever.The proportion of Chinese in the United States is getting larger and larger,but Chinese is not the first language for most of the children born in the United States,they may be nurtured by their parents only for the most simple daily communication.Because lack of Chinese language background,"Happy Chinese"children in the United States to become the best international school textbooks,in addition,Chinese Hanban and the British Council jointly prepared by the "Happy Chinese" the second language teaching,the two textbooks as the actual teaching with two languages,so by the widespread praise,these textbooks has become the most popular learning Chinese textbooks among all foreign learners.In this paper,this two textbooks were compared by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages to develop "5C standard" to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these two textbooks,I wish it can help writing Chinese textbooks for the foreign learners in the future and the revision of greater progress.
