Research On The Training Content Of Latin Dance Special Quality

Latin dance as a new university in our country has been widely popularized in our country,but there are still many problems and shortcomings in the classroom teaching and training methods in our country.The Latin dance training system and content are not scientifically targeted.Blind guidance,the player's blind training led to our Latin dance teaching,training is not ideal,seriously restricting the achievements of our Latin players and Latin dance development.This paper attempts to screen out the more specific Latin dance special quality training content,the Latin dance special quality classroom regular training content to optimize,and provide scientific and feasible training content for the special quality training of Latin dance,and provide the basis for the teaching and training of Latin dance.The purpose of this paper is to use the Shandong Institute of the Institute as a sample,through the literature,expert interviews and questionnaires to find more targeted Latin dance special factors-balance and coordination,speed strength,endurance,flexibility and sensitivity of the training content,and then Through the experiment,with the existing Latin dance special quality training content as a control,verify the new Latin dance special quality training content is more effective to improve the special quality.The conclusions are as follows:1.According to the data before and after the experiment,it can be concluded that the conventional training of the classroom has improved the individual special quality,but the improvement rate is not obvious,which can't make the Latin technical level be effective.2.Through the experimental group before and after the experiment data can be drawn: the players targeted to the special quality of training,can fully enhance the special quality of Latin dance.3.It can be seen from the experiment: the experimental group of special quality training content is better than the control group of routine training content.4.Through the analysis of the experimental data can be seen: players Latin dance special quality improvement directly affect the level of players Latin dance.It can be seen that the special quality of Latin dance and Latin dance level is positively related,excellent special quality can promote the players get good Latin dance results,players should focus on training in the special quality of training.
