In recent years,as the "school merge" the adjustment of the layout of the education,the government set up a number of semi-closed boarding junior middle schools,students in the school are not allowed to go out.Boarders study duration is longer,and learing state will be affected,learning resilience will go down.Boarders throw doube upon their learning capacity and adapting capability will get worse.As the exam results of our school,the proportion of students entering has decreased significantly,the main reason is that the boarders' low academic self-efficacy and learning adaptablility lead to glide the academic record.So,for the boarders,this research studies learing adaptability from groups counselling and academic self effectiveness,tries to discussion groups counselling on boarders' academic self-effecy,and academic self effectiveness sense on learning adaptability of effect,and developed out for boarders' health psychological development of academic self effectiveness sense groups counselling programme.This research used questionnaire survey method on lindong IV middle school junior grade students for has academic self effectiveness sense and learning adaptability of volume table Shi measuring,while through experiment intervention method on junior(13)and(14)class for has academic self effectiveness sense groups counselling of compared research,discussion has boarding junior high school students academic self effectiveness sense and learning adaptability Zhijian of relationship,and research discussion has groups counselling on academic self effectiveness sense and learning adaptability of effect,obtained following conclusion:1?Junior high school students' learning adaptability and academic self-ef-ficacy have positive correlation,with the increase of the students' academic self-efficacy,the learning adaptability is significantly improved.2?Academic self-efficacy group guidance on boarding middle school students academic self-efficacy improves significantly.3?Academic self-efficacy group counseling can effectively enhance the learning adaptability of boarding students.4?Academic self-efficacy the positive effect of group counseling on boarding middle school students have certain limitations.
